By booking or using services provided by Turnkey Property Service Australia Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all cleaning services provided in Australia.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services, which may include but are not limited to:
Service details, pricing, and scope will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made via phone, website, email, or other approved channels.
Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or earlier jobs.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment may be required in advance or immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or other approved payment methods.
Late or unpaid invoices may incur additional fees or collection action.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price may apply.
If our staff cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may be charged.
Clients must ensure:
Safe and reasonable access to the property
Running water and electricity available
Pets secured if necessary
Valuables and fragile items stored safely
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not properly secured.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information about the property
Inform us of hazards or special cleaning requirements
Ensure the premises are safe for workers
We reserve the right to refuse service if a location poses a safety risk.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.
Where reasonable, we may:
Re-clean the affected area, or
Provide a partial refund at our discretion.
While we take reasonable care during cleaning services:
We are not liable for normal wear and tear, deterioration, or items not suitable for cleaning.
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
We may refuse or discontinue services if:
The environment is unsafe
Hazardous materials are present
There is aggressive behaviour from occupants or animals
Our staff must comply with workplace health and safety standards.
We collect and store client information only for the purpose of providing services.
Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website or provided upon request.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Sydney, NSW.
